Based on design drawings and installation conditions, perform specialized shop drawing detailing for tensile membrane fabrication. Clearly define membrane tensioning parameters and sequences, confirm bolted/welded joint connections, and finalize the membrane-to-steel interface design along with the drainage slope allowance.
The core manufacturing principle is based on off-site prefabrication and on-site assembly. All fabrication procedures are carried out in a purpose-built, temperature‑controlled and dust‑free production facility to guarantee the processing precision of membrane materials and steel components, together with the final tensioning effect and structural performance.
